Graham Know all men by these presents that I John B. Graham of Little Creek Hundred Kent County State of Delaware farmer, considering the uncertainty of this life, and being of sound mind and memory do make, declare and publish this my last Will and testament. First, I direct that all my just debts be paid out of my personal Estate. Second, I give and bequeath to my Brother Samuel C. Graham the amount of my account against him and no more which is about four dollars. Third, I give and bequeath to my Brother William T. Graham all the rest and residue of my personal Estate. Fourth, I give and bequeath to my Aunt Rebecca Oldfield all my real Estate to have and to hold during her natural life. Fifth, upon the decease of my Aunt Rebecca Oldfield I give and bequeath to my said Brother William T. Graham all my before mentioned Real Estate to him his heirs and assigns for ever. In testimony whereof, I have here subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 19 day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifth-nine. John B.
