Reynolds, Rep. in and for Kent County. Samuel C. Graham, Administrator of Robert Graham deceased, represents that on the 1st day of November 1853, He passed his second and final Account of his said Administration of the estate of the deceased, showing an unappropriated balance of $164.79 cts. Interest from the 1st day of November 1853. That the deceased died intestate leaving to survive him a widow, one brother, two sisters and two nephews who are now living. That the said brother, sisters, and nephews are entitled to the said unappropriated balance, to wit: Lettitia, wife of Henry Harrington, 1/5, Samuel Graham, this Administrator, 1/5, Mary, wife of Benjamin Callaway, 1/5, Jacob G. Lewis, son of John Lewis and Ann Lewis and nephew of the deceased, 1/5, George Graham, son of Nathaniel Graham, nephew of the deceased, 1/5.
