I Mary Graham of the village of Kenton, in the county of Kent and State of Delaware being of sound mind and memory (blessed be Almighty God for the same) do make and publish this my last will and testament. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary E. Graham all my household furniture. The residue of my estate I devise and bequeath as follows. Twenty five dollars to be appropiated to the erection of a head and foot stone at the grave of my brother Mark Lewis, deceased. The remainder of my estate, after all my just debts shall have been paid, I devise and bequeath to all be divided equally among all my surviving children. I do nominate and appoint my son Lewis Graham to be the sole executor of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal and publish this to be my last will and testaent in the presence of witnesses named below this the twentieth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight.
