First I appoing James Lafferty the Executor of my Estate and the Charge of My two children till they May Be Cum Capabell of Education that is to say Sevan years old then He if [???] is to put them into some other family to be Riased & Educated. In that Belief & only to Have a christian Education our of my Estate. Shold any Balance Be Cumoing to them they are to receive at sixteen years old & shold My Estate be short He if Nott my childrens Gardien must fly to him for as Much as will Bring up my children as above. Peers Kent County Orphans Court Case Files To the Chancellor of the State of Delaware The Petition of Sarah Grayham minor Daughter of William Grayham deceased respectfully represents that your Petitioner is entitled a Tract of land about one Hundred and eighty acres which will yield an annual profit of about Twenty five pounds. That your Petitioner is above the age of Fourteen years and upwards, and is also entitled to personal estate of about four hundred pounds and has no guardian, and is desirous that John Graham her uncle should be her guardian.
