Godwin Register in Kent County Delaware. We hereby renounce all adm. Rts. To letters of administration on Wheatley Graham Estate who has deceased and wish and desire you to grant letters of administration to James H. Smith on the estate of said dec in testimony we have hereunto set our hands and seals this first day of August 1859. Mary Graham, widow Eliza Graham, daughter -------------------------------------- To Daniel C. Godwin Register of Wills in and for Kent County, James H. Smith, Administrator of Wheatley Graham, deceased, represents that on the 7th day of August, A.D. 1860, he passed before the said Register a first and final account o fhis said Administration Showing in his hands an Unapp. Balance of $2297.02, with interest from Aug. 4 1860. That the said deceased died intestate, leaving to Survive him as Heirs at Law, a Widow and one child who are now living and entitled to said Balance as Follows. To wit, Mary Graham, widow, 1/3, Eliza wife of James Porter, 2/3.
