I, Robert Graham, of Kenton Hundred, Kent County and State of Delaware, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make this my last will and testament and do hereby revoke all former wills by me heretofore made. First I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as possible after my deceased. Second I direct that the proceeds of my personal property, after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses be divided equally between my beloved wife, Elizabeth, and my son Charles, share and share alike. Third I devise all my real estate unto my beloved wife Elizabeth, for and during the term of her natural life, and from and immediately after the decease of my wife Elizabeth, I devise the remainder of my real estate (subject as aforesaid) unto my son Charles, his heirs and assigns forever. Fourth, I hereby appoint my wife, Elizabeth and my nephew John W. Graham, Jr., to be the executors of this my last will and Testament.
