Graham - 1900 I, John Graham of the town of Kenton and State of Delaware, being of sound and disposing mind meory and understanding, but considering the uncertainty of this mortal life do make and publish and declare the following as my last and only will and testament. Testament, First - I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and discharged as soon as may be after my decease. Second, I Give and devise unto my daughter Kate her heirs and assigns forever the following real estate, the Dwelling house in which I now live with the lot of Ground upon which the Same is Erected, the stable in front of my dwelling with the lot of Ground upon which it is erected and the farm or track of land containing about sixty acres more or less formerly belonging to McLean heirs. Third, I Give and devise unto my son John his heirs and assigns forever The following real estate. The farm or track of land containing about two hundred and forty acres more or less the one I purchased from showmaker and now tenanted by Charles Shorts. Forth, I Give and devise unto my daughter Margaret her heirs and assigns forever the following real estate. The farm or track of land containing About one hundred and eighty-five acres more or less now tenanted by Joseph Dean and the house Now tenanted by F. A. Johns the warehouse and the lot of Ground upon which the above buildings are erected. Fifth, All the rest resideue and remainder of my property - real personal and mixed, I give devise and bequeath unto my children Kate John and Margarett share and share alike absolutely. Sixth, I appoint my son John W. Graham to be the Executor of this my last will. In Witness wherof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 2nd day of September A.D. 1897. John W. Cutujian, of the City and State of New York, have made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint Francis A. Johns, of the town of Kenton, in the County of Ken and State of Delaware, my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, executor of the Estate of John W. Graham, deceased, and to do any and all things that may be necessary or required of me before the Register of Wills of Kent County, Delaware, and to give full release and acquittance unto the said John W. Graham, Jr., in his capacity as executor, as aforesaid, giving and granting unto my said attorney by these presents, authority to act as fully and completely in the premises as I might do, if personally present; hereby ratifying and confirming whatsoever my said attorney may lawfully do for me and in my name in the premises.
