I, William Graham, of the town of Camden, North Murderkill Hundred, Kent County and State of Delaware, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish, pronounce and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say: Item 1: I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon after my decease as can be conveniently done. Item 2: All of my estate, real, personal or mixed, and of whatsoever kind or sort, and wheresoever the same may be situated or located, and of whatsoever the same may consist of which I may die seized or possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the time of my decease, I give, bequeath and devise absolutely unto my wife, Mary Graham, To Have and To Hold unto her the said Mary Graham her heirs and assigns, foever. Lastly, I hereby revoke and declare void all former Will or Wills by me at anytime heretofore made, declaring this only to be my last Will and Testament, and nominate, constitue and appoint my said wife, Mary Graham, Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, and desire that she shall not be required to give security as such. In witness whereof, I, William Graham, the within named testator, have to his my last Will and Testament, set my hand and seal, at Camden Kent County, Delaware, this fifth day of December, in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and fourteen. Signed, sealed, published, pronounced and declared by the above named William Graham, as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto in his presence, at his request, and in the presence of each other, and at the time of so doing, we believe the said William Graham to be of a sound and disposing mind.
