Contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Jerri Burket December 16, 2001 ************************************************************************ 1807 Will - George Graham Kent County, Delaware Probated June 3, 1807 In the name of God Amen I George Graham Seinor and farmer of Kent County and State of Delaware who am Imperfect in health of body but perfect in mind and memory I revoke all others and appoint this my last will and Testament Wherein I Do first Will and bequeath My Soul to God Secondly my body to be decently buried and thirdly my Worldly Estate to be dissposed of in the following manner :to wit first to my Daughter Elizabeth I do will and bequeath the sum of three pounds of lawful Money of my estate to her paid by the administrator thereof within one year after my decease-(and no more) Secondly [following text all crossed out] To my Daughter [smudge] I do will and bequeath the sum of [smudge] of Lawfull Money of my estate and [smudge] to her paid by the administrator thereof within one year after my Decease. Thirdly To John My son I will and desire to be my Executor together with Peggy my wife both of them to administer on my estate and him to have on shiloling of the said Estate only. Fourthly Lottee My daughter I will and bequeath the Sum of fifteen pounds of Lawfull Money of my estate to be paid to her at Lawfull age by the said administrator of my estate. Fifthly To George my son I will and bequeath the sum of Twenty five pounds paid to him at Lawfull age of my estate paid by the aforesaid Executor and 2d I will and bequeath to my Son George one mare Coalt age 2 years old at my decd. To be his property. Lastly To my wife Peggy I will and bequeath the Remaining part of my estate should there be any undispossed yet during her natural life- Whereunto I have this Seventeenth day of October signed and sealed this will with my own hand in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred.
