All that certain lot piece of parcel of land situated in the town of Viola, 
North Murderkill Hundred, Kent County and State of Delaware having a front on 
Temple Avenue of 103-1/2 feet and a depth of 155-1/2 feet, adjoining lands of
William C. Sipple and lands of others.
The parties entitled, Sallie E. Graham, Widow, Watson W. Graham Son, Alice 
Graham Daughter, Clarence E. Graham, Son and Laura Graham Daughter.
