Graham of Kent County and the State of Delaware, being of sound disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make publish and declare this paper writing as and for my last Will and testament. First: I will and direct that all my just debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon after my decease as can be conveniently done. Item 1. I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Eliza B. Graham, all my estate, property and effects, of whatsoever kind or sort, real, personal or mixed, including my Life Insurace, to use, enjoy and sell and dispose of the same as she may deem best in her comfort and should she dispose of any or all of my real estate to make Execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers as good and sufficient Deed or deeds as I might or could do if living, and executing the same. It being my will and desire that she shall not in any way restricted in the use of any or all of my estate that she may need for her comfort. I herby nominate and appoint my said Wife Eliza B. Graham to be the sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void any and all former Wills by me at any time made. In testimony whereof, I Jacob S. Graham the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand affixed my seal this 13th day of December A.D. 1913. Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Jacob S.
