Deceased who Departed this Life the 24th Day of July Anno Dm. 1720. IMPRIMIS That whereas the Testator was possessed of two hundred acres of Land on the Northside of a branch called the Muddy Branch one of the Branches of Duck Creek which he bought of John Hall Esq. His Will was that the said two hundred acres of Land should be equally Divided betwixt his two Sons Lancellott and John Lewis the Lower part to his Eldest son Lancellott and the upper part to his Son John 2dly. His Will was that his three Daughters viz. Mary the wife of Alexander Humphris and Martha and Elizabeth not now married should each of them have out of his Estate Ten pounds apiece Mary’s part to be paid presently and the others as they shall respectively atain to the age of Eighteen Years.
