Will of SAMUEL TURNER In the Name of God Amen I Samuel Turner of Kent County being weak in body butt in perfect mind and memory Thanks be to Almighty God for the Same and calling to mind the mortality of my body and Knowin that it be appointed for all men Once to dy I do hereby make and Ordan this my Last will and testament that is to say princeply and first of all I give recommed my Soul to Got what have it to me and for my bod I recommend To the Earth to be buried in a Decent manner at the Descretion of my Executors nothing doubting butt att the General Resurrection I shall receive the same again by the might Power of God as Touching such Estate Wherewith hat pleased God to Bless me with in this Life I give bequeath and Dispose of the same in the following manner and form – first of all in premises I give and bequeath to my well beloved Samuel Beavens Turner and to my daughter Joyce and my daughter [ left blank]and To my Son Hene Turner and my Son Jejuee Turner one Shillin sterling to each of them To be paid by my Executors after my decease. Item I leave give and bequeath unto son Elias Turner the whold and Soul advantage and benefit of a deed of sail past to me from Andrew Colwell to him and his heirs.
