New Castle Co., DE. The Will of Isaac Cartwright. This will was found at the Delaware Hall of Records, Dover, Delaware. The old handwriting is difficult to read, however, I did my best to transcribe the will as written. The will was proved on August 27, 1789 and is recorded in Book N, page 52, New Castle County, Delaware.
