A... the said Frances Culleny by Thomas Robinson her attorney comes and saith 
that she ought not be anything in the first place of the said Southy Culleny, 
John Tindal and Betsy his wife, Isaac Dolby and Sally his wife, James Culleny 
and Hetty Messick about aledged the banned from having her Dower in this 
behalf because she says that the said John Culleny was during his life time 
and at the time of his death saying of the said lands with the apperance of 
such an estate, where by he could endow her the said Frances Culleney where of 
as to the said lands and T....ments the .....judgement be and the said Frances 
Culleny by Thomas Robinson her attorney comes and saith thatshe ough not, by 
any thing in the record place of the said Southy Culleny, John Tindal and 
Betsy his wife, Isaac Dolby and Sally his wife, James Culleny and Hetty 
Messick above alledged the banned from haing her dower in the said land with 
the a.....menced in the said second plea mentioned because she says the.. the 
said Southy Culleny, John Culleny, John Tindale and Betsy his wife, Isaac 
Dolby and Sally his wife, James Culleny and Hetty Messick were at the time of 
filing the above patition and now ....there of as of face hold, where of as to 
the said land and ...... judgement

Frances Culleny made a court record 7 Sept 1825 and her bond with Jeremish 
Kinney for John Culleny 6 Sept 1825 and a formal court record on 7 Sept 1825.
