Deed from Levin Clark to William A Clark Sussex County, State of
Delaware:

This indenture made this twenty-second day of October in the year of Our
Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Six between Levin Clark of the one
part and William A Clark on the other part both of the Parties being
sons of Levin Clark and Esther his wife all of the County of Sussex,
State of Delaware. This Indenture withnesseth that for and in
consideration of the sum of Thirty Dollars cost to one in hand paid
before the Sealing and ____ every of these presents that I the said
Levin Clark, son of Levin and Esther his wife do hereby grant bargain
and will convey and confirm ____ unto him the said William A Clark as
offfered one ______ sixth part of my mother's lands which fell to her by
her father William Aydelott which ----- one sixth part now sold -------
----  to-----sold is now in the possession of my father Levin Clark and
there to remain in his right and possession during his natural life and
after the death of my father Levin the above mentioned _______ part of
the said land then fall _____ to William A Clark as it being my part of
said land which I now have a right and _____ to the right and title of
him the said William A Clark to him, his heirs and assignees for ever.
To have and to hold the hereby granted premises to him the said William
A Clark his heirs and assignees forever with all the ways waters woods
house outhouses and emprovements that may be there on or thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining thereunto after or at the death of
my father as _____. And furher I do hereby authorize and empower Peter
Robinson esq. or Phillip Kollock Esq or either of them to appear for me
and in my name place and stead in any court of Record there to
acknowledge this instrument of writing as any act and deed as fully to
all intents and purposes as I myself might ----- do ----. I personally
present the testimnoy whereof I the said Levin Clark have hereunto set
my hand and fixed my seal this date above written.

Hazzard Sussex Co State of Delaware.

Be it remembered that at a supreme court held at George Town in and for
the County on the twenty first day of March One Thousand eight hundred
and nine came Thomas Hazzard and made oath in due form of law that he
saw the grantor in the within deed named sign seal and deliver the same
that he subscribed his name thereto as a witness as saw James Rickards
subscribe his name thereto as one other witness at which same time
Phillip Kollock Esq by virtue of the power and authority to him given
and acknowledge the written Deed to William A Clark with the lands and
premises there in specified to be his right and property according to
the purport and effect thereof in testimanoy whereof I have _____ set my
hand and seal of office this sixth day of April in the year offered
