This Indenture withnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty Dollars cost to one in hand paid before the Sealing and ____ every of these presents that I the said Levin Clark, son of Levin and Esther his wife do hereby grant bargain and will convey and confirm ____ unto him the said William A Clark as offfered one ______ sixth part of my mother's lands which fell to her by her father William Aydelott which ----- one sixth part now sold ------- ---- to-----sold is now in the possession of my father Levin Clark and there to remain in his right and possession during his natural life and after the death of my father Levin the above mentioned _______ part of the said land then fall _____ to William A Clark as it being my part of said land which I now have a right and _____ to the right and title of him the said William A Clark to him, his heirs and assignees for ever.
