Hap Hazard, Sussex Co., yeoman, from James Fisher and wife Alice of Sussex Co.  15 Feb 1782.
Tract of land and marsh in Slutkill Neck formerly surveyed for Baptists Newcomb the elder
containing 100 acres conveyed to William Burton (son of Richard) who sold the above James
Fisher 10 acres and 108 perches for £19. Beginning at a dividing line between afsd. Tract and
Jacob Hazzard; stake on James Fisher's Old Marsh line near the head of fork Gut; corner stake
in the marsh in Samuel Rowlan's line; Trumpertys Island. Wit: John Wiltbank, John Abbot
Warrington. Ackn. 6 Feb 1783.
