Hester Bertrand, who died at her residence, 1629 W. 2nd St.,
on July 9, left less that $2,000 personal property.
She bequeathed her clothes to her daughter, Henrietta Wescoat,
and her sister, Elizabeth Rickard, both of Lewes, Del., and the
residue to her son, Louis of 1629 W. 2nd St.
