In the name of Gad amen, I John Culleney of Sussex County and State of 
Delaware being week of body but of Perfect mind and memmory at Present thanks 
be to God for his m... to me to me and knowing that it is appointed for all 
men once to die and as T...ing my worldly Estate the Lord hath blest me with I 
therefore gave and dispose of the same in the following forme and manner 
hearin after mentioned------
Item(?) my desire is that all my lands that I am posest with be Equally 
devided between my three sons named Sothey Culleny and Gorge Armstrong 
Cullinny and James Ridgway Cullinney and that my three sons shall pay the 
ballance that is due towards the lands and I leave to the son Gorge and James 
sixty dollars eacy to bee paid out of my personal estate and each of them one 
bed and furniture and if either Gorge or James should die without lawful heir 
then the lands to be equilly divid between the other sons and the residue of 
personal estate to be equally divided between my three daughters named hetty 
Messick, Betsy Tindail and Salley Dolbee to them and their heirs fore ever and 
I hearby make Constitute and appoint my son Sothey Culleney my sole Exector 
that this my last will and testamont revoking all annulling all and every 
other will or wills hear to fore by me maid and this to be taken as my last 
will and testament and none other as written by my hand and seal the twenty 
sixth day of June one thousand eight hundred and seventeen.

Additional Comments:
Sothey and James signed for the bonds of $1,000.  Sothey being the excutor 5 
Sept 1826.  Giving the date of 5 March next as settlement date. See Orphan
