Aredondo, Jose Arredondo, Theodoro Arredondo, Marianna Arredondo, Delorez Arredondo and Yeres Arredondod of the Island of Cuba of the first part and David Levy of St. Augustine East Florida of the second part Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part in Consideration of the sum of Ten thousand Dollars to them duly paid, have Sold and by these presents do bargain, Sell, grant, quit claim and Convey to the said party of the second part his heirs and Assigns One undivided fourth part of all that certain Tract or parcel of Land containing Twenty thousand Acres more or less, Situated in Alachua County in the Territory of Florida, at a place called Big Hammock or Swamp being the Same tract, which was granted by Jose Coppinger Governor of East Florida to the said Joseph M. Arredondo in his life time by Royal Title under date of 17th day of March AD 1837 To have and to hold to him the said party of the Second part and his heirs and Assigns forever the said One fourth part or interest of and in the said Tract of Twenty thousand Acres or of and in so much of the said Twenty thousand Acres as descended and vested in the said parties of the first part upon the death of the said Joseph M. Arredondo __ And the said parties of the first part do hereby Covenant and agree joinly & Severally that they will Warrant and defend the above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second his heirs and Assigns forever, Against all persons claiming by through or under them or either of them In Witness whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands & Seals the day and year first above Written Sealed & delivered Fernando M. Arredondo, and Yere M. Arredondo by their Attorney Fernando M. Arredondo, who is personally known to him Sign Seal and deliver the annexed instrument of writing as their respective Acts and deeds for the uses therein expressed and that he the said John M.
