Strong, late of the District of East Florida, deceased to cause to be made the several Sums of Seven Hundred & thirty five Dollars and One hundred & eighty three Dollars and twenty five cents the amount actually due to satisfy Smith Gismand & Julia Grham which they lately recovered in the said Superior Court Against the said Squire Stretter and Davis Floyd, Administrators as Aforesaid, And whereas the said Marshal, by Virtue of the said Writs of Firri Facias did on the fourth day of May in the year One thousand eight hundred & Thirty five, Levy upon seize and take all, the right title and interest whereof the said Squire Stretter and Davis Floyd as Administrators as aforesaid, were seized on the said fourth day of May in the year aforesaid, or at any time afterwards of in and to a certain tract of Land Situated in the County of Alachua on the Santafe River, containing One thousand Acres being an undivided part of part of a tract of Two thousand Acres Originally granted to Joseph S. Sanchez, and conveyed by him and Antonio Alvarez to Samuel Fairbank and by the said Samuel Fairbank to the aforesaid John B. Strong, deceased, Also one other tract of Land in the same County containing three thousand five hundred Acres Situated on the south side of the Santafe River Originally granted to Francis R. Sanchez and by him and his wife conveyed to John B. Strong, deceased, and being part of a tract of four thousand Acres and whereas the said Marshal, did on the said day and year, and at the time and place aforesaid, expose the said tracts of Land above discribed for sale at public Auction and did strike off the same to the said party of the second part for the several sums of Fifty Dollars Two hundred Dollars, amounting in the whole to Two hundred & fifty Dollars, he being the highest bidder therefore Now therefore, this Indenture, Witnesseth, that the said Samuel Blair, as Marshal as aforesaid, by Virtue of the Writs of Plurise Firri Facias aforesaid to him as aforesaid directed & delivered, and by Virtue of the statute in such case made and provided & in consideration of the said sum of Two hundred & fifty Dollars money of the United States to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged, Have granted, bargained, sold Aliened, released & confirmed and by these presents Doth grant, bargain, sell. Alien, release and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, all the Estate right title and interest, whatsoever Whereof the said Squire Streeter and Davis Floyd, as Administrators as aforesaid were seized on the second day of May in the said year One thousand eight hundred & thirty five or any time afterwards, and also all the Estate, right, title and interest, possession, claim and demand, whereof the said Samuel Blair as Marshal aforesaid Was seized by Virtue of said Writ of Plurise Firri Facias, and by force of the Statute in such case made & provided of, in and to the said premises and tracts of Land or any part or parcel thereof, with the Appurtenances ___ To have and to hold the same to the party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever ___ In Witness whereof, the said party of the first part hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written Samuel Blair (Seal) Signed & delivered Marshal In presence of P.B. Fontane came before me and made Oath that Samuel Blair, who to the said witness is well known, in his, the said Witness presence, signed sealed and as for his Act and deed delivered the within and annexed instrument of writing for the uses and purposes therein expressed, and that he the said Raphael D.
