Brandin of Tallahassee in the County of Leon and Territory of Florida of the first part And John Moloney of the same City, County and Territory of the second part Witnesseth the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before the sealing and delivering hereof the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge Hath granted, bargained, sold aliened and Conveyed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien and convey unto the said John Moloney his heirs and assigns, All his right, title claim and interest to that undivided twentieth part of Forty thousand Acres of Land situated lying and being on the River Okileuaha in East Florida which undivided twentieth part was conveyed by Fernando de la Maza Arredondo to Joseph Elzaurdi and by said Elzaurdi to Theodore Flotard and by the said Theodore Flotard conveyed to John Moloney and Henry Brandin by deed of indenture bearing date thirty first day of March One thousand Eight hundred and thirty one which said Land is contained within the following metes and bounds viz East One hundred thirty two & a half chains to a stake thence South One hundred & fifty one chains to a stake thence West One hundred and thirty two & a half chains thence North One hundred and fifty one chains, to have and to hold the said interest of the said Henry P. Brandin in and unto the said undivided twentieth part of said tract of Land, together with all the rights members and appurtenances to the same in any manner belonging to the said John Moloney, his heirs and assigns to his and their only proper use and benefit and behoof forever And the said Henry P. Brandin for himself his heirs, Executors, and administrators against all persons claiming by through or under him the said and sold premises unto the said John Moloney his heirs and assigns will warrant and defend by these presents In testimony whereof the said Henry P.
