Smith of the City of St. Augustine __ have sold and delivered unto him my **** Horse brik aged six years old, a bright bay with Black main and tail __ to have and to hold the said Horse unto him the said Smith and unto his executore and administrators and assigns to his and their proper use and benefit forever __ Unto which bargained sale and delivery by these presents I bind myself my Executors and administrators forever and will for ever defend my right and title to sell and deliver said horse and warrin and forever as above written ___ Witness my and seal at Newnansville this 20th day of Nov'r 1835 In Presence of his Gabriel Priest John X Delany (L.
