White and there with recorded by the Numbers (4) four and (10) Ten and the name S.L. Govinor containing sixteen hundred and sixty six Acres granted to George I.F. Clarke on the seventeenth day of December Eighteen hundred and seventeen in the hammock of Custarrello L. Chamla West of the river St Johns Twenty thousand Acres whereof were confirmed to the said Moses Elias Levy by the decree of the Supreme Court of the United States according to the survey of the second of August in the year Eighteen hundred and nineteen with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging and all (xxx xxxxxx xxxx) the possessions claim and demands whatsoever at law as in Equity of us the said Samuel L. Govinor and Maria H. his wife as either of us of in and to the said Land and premises and every every part thereof. To have and to hold the same unto the said Moses Elias Levy his heirs and assigns to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever And the said Samuel L. Govinor for himself his heirs executors administrators hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Moses Elias Levy that he the said Govinor hath not done suffered or committed any act or thing whereby the title of the said land and premises or any part thereof can in any manner be impaired impeached or incumbered In Testimony of which we the said Samuel L. Govinor and Maria H. his wife have hereunto set our hands and seals at the city of New York this twenty sixth day of November in the year of our Lord onr thousand eight hundred and thirty five Sealed and delivered Samuel L. VanWaganer a commissioner in and for the State of New York duly commissioned and Authorized to take their Acknowledgment and proofs of Deeds & to be recorded in the Territory of Florida do hereby Certify that on the twenty seventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty five before me personally came and appeared Samuel L.
