Taylor of Alachua County & Territory of Florida of the second part Witness that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars to him in hand paid at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged, have granted bargained, Sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and Convey, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, all of a Certain tract or parcel of Land, Situated, lying, and being in the County of Alachua & Territory Aforesaid, and known and described in the Official Plots of the survey returned to the general Land Office, as the South East quarter of the South west quarter of Section No. 6 Township No. eight Range No. nineteen South and East, Together with all and Singular, the tenements Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging or in any wise Appertaining, and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders, rents issues and profits thereof, and all the Estate, right, title Interest Dower and right of Dower property Claim and demand in Law or Equity whatsoever of the said party of the first part of in and to the said premises and every part thereof, to have and to hold the said Land & all and Singular the premises above mentioned, and every part & parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and Assigns forever, And the said parties of the first part, for themselves and their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall and will Warrant and forever defend by these presents __ __ In Witness whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands & Seals the day and year first herein above written A McNeill Signed Sealed & delivered in presence of Wm. M. Reed Judge C.C. H.C. Know all men by these presents that I Jemima McNeill Wife of Arch'd McNeill the Grantor in the foregoing Deed do hereby Acknowledge that I signed Sealed and executed the same with the intent thereby to renounce relinquish and forever quit claim to my Dower and right of Dower to all and Singular the Lands and premises in the said Deed mentioned, and that the renunciation and relinquishment was made freely and Voluntarily and without any compulsion, Constraint Apprehension or fear of or from her said husband ___ In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this the third day of February One thousand eight hundred & forty two ___ her Jamima X McNeill Territory of Florida mark County of Columbia Be it remembered that on this the tenth day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred & forty two before me Wm.
