Olmsted of the Territory and County Aforesaid, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to me in hand paid by Woodbridge S. Olmsted at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I do hereby Acknowledge, have granted, bargained & Sold, and by these presents, do grant, bargain & Sell unto the said W.S. Olmsted and to his heirs and assigns forever, All these certain Lots in the Town of Newnansville designated as Lots number One, Two, seven and eight of the Block number four, Range two. upon the plan of the Town as filed and existing in the Clerks Office of the County Court of Alachua County Aforesaid. Together with all and Singular the Hereditaments and Appurtenances to the same in any wise belonging To have and to hold, the said Lots and premises and every part thereof, with the Appurtenances unto the said Woodbridge S. Olmsted his heirs and assigns forever, And I the said George F. Olmsted do bind myself, myself my heirs Administrators and Assigns to warrant & defend the said property to said W.S. Olmsted is heirs and Assigns forever In Testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand & Seal this 25th day of June 1840 Signed, Sealed & delivered George F. Olmsted (L. S.) in presence of H.C. Wilson Territory of Florida Alachua County Personally appeared before me the subscribing Clerk of said County Henry C. Wilson, and after being duly sworn deposeth and saith that George F.
