Walker of the City of Saint Augustine County of St. Johns E.F. of the second part Witnesseth, that the said party of first part, for and in Consideration of Five Hundred Dollars lawful Money of the United States of America, to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged, has granted, bargained, Sold Aliened, remised released, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, Alien, remise release, convey & confirm unto the said party of the second part & his heirs & assigns forever that certain tract of Land situated in the quarter section known by the name Town of Newnansville, and being Lot number One of said Town, said Lot bounding north by Merchants Street, east by lands formerly belonging to Maxy Dell and Jesse Carter, South by land formerly belonging to John M. Sanchez & Joseph Everett, and now belonging to James Prevat, West by land formerly belonging to Thomas A. Halliday and now by C. Goodrich according to a survey thereof, made by Michael Garrison, which Document is on file at the at the Office of the County Clerk of the County of Alachua East Florida ___ Together with all and singular the Tenements hereditaments and Appurtenances belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remainder & remainders, rents Issues & profits thereof and also all the Estate right title interest, property possession, claim and demand whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity by the said party of the first part of in or to the above discribed premises and every part and parcel thereof with appurtenances __ To have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned & discribed premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs & assigns forever, And the said party of the first part, his heirs the said premises in the quiet & peaceable possession of the said party of the second part his heirs & assigns, against the said party of the first part his heirs, and against all & every person and persons Whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, shall and will warrant and by these presents forever defend ____ In Witness whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written, it being understood, that the building raised by Doctor Kelly is not included in the above Indenture, though the land on which it stands is included in said Indenture _ one word erased J the word in addi*** time of signing Signed Sealed and delivered James Pendarvis (Seal) In presence of James Tingman Witness Rafael A.
