Perpall of St. Augustine, County of St. John Territory of Florida of the first part and Moses E. Levy of the same place of the second part, Witnesseth that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States of America to him in hand paid, by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged, have granted, bargained, Sold, Aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, Sell, Alien, remise, release, Convey and Confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain tract parcel or grant of land situated and lying in the County of Alachua and Territory Aforesaid about five miles West of Fort King, a as a place known as Big Hammock and on the North west side of said Hammoc and being the land granted to the said party of the first part by Governor Don Corssinger the 12th day of January 1818 & confirmed by the Board of Land Commissioners the 2nd September AD 1824 and bounded as follows, to wit, Commencing at a stake at the south East Corner of the tract near a large White Oak marked XX & running North 35 W eighty (80) Chains to an Ash marked XX thence West 35 S eighty two & a half (82 1/2) Chains to a stake at the end of an old Indian field, S 35 E eighty (80) Chains to a stake near a Dogwood marked XX thence E 35 N eighty two & a half (82 1/2) Chains to the place of beginning embracing Six hundred and sixty Acres and bounded on the south by land granted to Catalina de Jesus Heguclos, the line dividing Ranges 21 & 22 of the United States Survey, runs through the Eastern part of this tract and the line dividing Townships 15 & 16 runs through or near the south line of this tract. Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thoseunto belonging or in any Wise Appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents issues & profits thereof, and also all of the Estates rights, titles, interest, property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity of the said party of the first part of in and to the same and every part & parcel thereof with the Appurtenances ____ To have and to hold the said tract parcel or grant of land with all of the rights, privileges and Appurtenances unto the said party of the second his heirs and Assigns forever, And the said party of the first part and his heirs Executors and Administrators all & Singular the Afore granted and prescribed premises with the rights and Appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof unto the said party of the first part his heirs and Assigns Against the said party of the first part his heirs and Assigns and against all and every other person or persons Whomsoever shall and will Warrant and by these presents forever defend And the said party of the first part for himself his heirs, Executors and Administrators and each and every of them, doth hereby covenant, promise and agree to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs, Executors Administrators and Assigns, that the said party of the first part is the true and lawful owner of said granted and described premises and their rights and Appurtenances, and every part and parcel thereof, and are possessed of a good perfect and indefeasible estate of inheritance in the same in fee simple, without any manner of condition or limitation, and that he has good right full power, and Authority to sell convey and confirm the same unto the party of the second part is heirs and Assigns in manner and form Aforesaid, and also, that the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns and every of them shall and may all times forever hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy and possess and enjoy all & Singular the premises herein before described and every part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances without any let, suit eviction ejection or interruption whatsoever of or by the said party of the first part his heirs or Assigns or at or by any other person or persons whomsoever having or lawfully claiming any estate right title or interest of in or to the same or any part thereof and that said party of the first part is heirs and Assigns and all and every other person or persons having or lawfully claiming any estate rights title or interest of in and to the above granted and described premises or any part thereof by from or under him shall and will from time to time & at all times herein after upon the request and at the proper costs and charges of the said party of the second part his heirs or Assigns, make, do, execute, & Acknowledge or procure to be made, done, executed, and Acknowledged all and every such further and other Act or Acts , thing or things, conveyances and assurances in the law whatsoever for the better and more effectual conveying and assuring of all & Singular the premises hereinbefore described and conveyed , or intended to be with their and every of their Appurtenances, rights and privileges to the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and Assigns forever and by the said party of the second part his heirs & Assigns or his or their Counsel learned in the Law, shall be reasonably devised Advisor required __ In Testimony Whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and Seal the day and year first above written Gabriel W.
