Tucker the sum of One hundred dollars being in full for the half quarter section No. four Section eleven township No. eight range No. eighteen containing Eighty Acres at the rate of $1.25 per Acre $100___ John C. Clelland Receiver This Indenture made this twenty fourth day of May AD 1843 Between Asa A. Stewart Administrator on the Estate of John E. Tucker deceased of Columbia County of the first part and Woodbridge S. Olmsted of Alachua County of the second part Witnesseth that by virtue of an order of the County Court of Columbia County at the last term of said Court Authority is valid in the said party of the first part as Administrator of the Estate of John E. Tucker to make title to the said party of the second part to a certain piece or parcel of land lying the County of Alachua being the West half of the North West quarter of Section Eleven Township eight South and Range Eighteen East containing Eighty Acres _____ Now theretofore be it known to all men to whom these presents shall come that I the said Asa A. Stewart the party of the first part as Administrator on the Estate of John E. Tucker deceased, for and in Consideration of the sum of Five hundred and fifty Dollars in hand paid to the said John E. Tucker for and in Consideration of the sum of five hundred and fifty Dollars in hand paid to the said John E. Tucker deceased and One hundred and sixty Dollars to me in hand paid at and before the Sealing & Delivery of these presents by the said party of the second part the rights whereof is hereby Acknowledged Do grant bargain sell and deliver unto the said Woodbridge S. Olmsted his heirs, Executors Administrators and Assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel of land Situated and lying in the County of Alachua being the West half of the North west quarter of Section eleven Township eight South and range Eighteen East containing Eighty Acres together with all and Singular the hereditaments and Appurtenances to the same in any wise belonging___ To have and to hold said bargained premises and every part thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said party of the second part and the said party of the first part for himself, his heirs Executors and Administrators and the heirs Executors and Administrators of the said John E. Tucker deceased do hereby Covenant and agree with the said party of the second part his heirs executors and Administrators Against the said Party of the first part his heirs Executors and Administrators, and the heirs, Executors, Administrators of the said John E. Tucker deceased, And against all and every person or persons Whomsoever shall and will Warrant and forever defend by these presents ___ In Witness Whereof the said party of the first part hath hereunto set his hand and seal at Newnansville Alachua County Florida the day and year above written.
