Territory of Florida
            Know all men by these presents that we Francis R. Sanchez 
and Frances Sanchez his wife of the Territory of Florida, for and in 
consideration of the sum of Five thousand Dollars to us in hand paid by 
John B. Strong of the City of St. Augustine the receipt whereof is 
hereby Acknowledged in the places aforesaid _ Have granted, bargained, 
Sold and released, and by these presents, Do grant, bargain, Sell and 
release unto the said John B. Strong, Thirteen hundred Acres of Land, 
Situate lying & being on the South side of the River Santafe in said 
Territory, and is a part of a tract of Land of Four thousand Acres 
which was granted to the said Sanchez by the Government of East 
Florida, about the year One thousand Eight hundred & fifteen (and is 
the same tract out of which I have heretofore sold and conveyed to the 
said Strong Twelve hundred & fifty Acres) and is to be taken from that 
part of the tract of Four thousand Acres, which will best Accommodate 
the said Strong as it regards the Lands heretofore sold to him out of 
said tract, And for a more particular discription, refference may be 
had to the Original Grant.   Together with all and Singular the Rights 
Members, Hereditaments and Appurtenances, to the said premises 
belonging or in any wise incident or Appertaining ____
            To have and to hold all and Singular the premises before 
mentioned, unto the said John B. Strong his heirs and Assigns forever.  
And we do hereby bind ourselves and our heirs, Executors and 
Administrators, to Warrant and forever defend all and Singular the said 
premises unto the said John B. Strong his heirs and Assigns, against 
Ourselves and our heirs and all and every person or persons lawfully 
claiming or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
            Witness our hands & Seals this third day of April in the 
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty four and in the 
forty eight year of the Independence of the United States of America

Be it Remembered that on this third day of April One thousand eight 
hundred and twenty four, personally appeared before me, Francis R. 
Sanchez, and Acknowledged he had Voluntarily executed the within Deed 
for the purposes and uses therein mentioned, And the said Frances 
Sanchez being examined separate and apart from her said Husband 
Acknowledge that she had executed the same without any fear or 
Compulsion from her husband
