Tucker of the County of Columbia and Territory aforesaid, the receipt whereof I hereby Acknowledge, Do by these presents, give, grant, bargain, Sell and convey unto the said John E. Tucker his heirs and Assigns, a Certain parcel of Land, Situated in Alachua County aforesaid, and discribed in the Maps, in the Land Office at St. Augustine as the North East quarter of the North East quarter of Section Twenty and the South East quarter of the South East of Section Seventeen, Township Seven Range Nineteen, South and East, together with all the privaledges and appurtenances, to the said Land in any wise Appertaining and belonging. To have and to hold the above granted premises to the said John E. Tucker, his heirs and assigns, to his and their use and benefit forever and the said Elijah Tucker, for myself my heirs executors and Administrators do covenant with the said John E. Tucker, his heirs and assigns, that I am fully seized in fee of the afore granted premises, that they are free from all incumbrances, that I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said John E. Tucker as aforesaid, And that I will, and my heirs, executors Administrators shall Warrant and defend the same to the said John E. Tucker his heirs and assigns forever against the claim of all persons, and I Margery Ann, wife of the said Elijah Tucker, in the consideration of the sum of One Dollar to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof I hereby Acknowledge doth hereby release to the said John E. Tucker, his heirs & assigns, all my right and title of Dower, in the said afore granted premises In Testimony whereof, I the said Elijah Tucker and Margery Ann, my wife have hereunto Set our hands & Seals, this Eighteenth day of June eighteen hundred and forty 1840 Elijah Tucker (L.
