Taylor and Margaret Ann his wife of the County of Alachua and Territory of Florida of the one part, And Zelpha Standly of the County & Territory Aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth, That the said John S. Taylor & Margaret Ann his wife for and in Consideration of the Sum of Five hundred Dollars to them the said John S. Taylor and Margaret Ann his Wife in hand well and truly paid, the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged hath granted, bargained, and Sold, and by these presents doth grant bargain and Sell unto the said Zelpha Standly her heirs and Assigns the South half of the South West Quarter of Section Seven, Township eight, Range Nineteen South and East And the North West quarter and West half of North East quarter of Section Eighteen Township Eight Range Nineteen, And also all Trees, Woods, Underwoods, Ways, Waters Courses Profits, Commodities, Advantages, hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said messuages & ci above mentioned belonging, or in any wise Appertaining, and reversion, and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents. Issues & profits of the said premises, and of every part and parcel thereof, And all the Estate, Right, Title, interest claim and demand whatsoever of them the said John S. Taylor and Margaret Ann his Wife of in and to the said Messuages &: and premises and every part thereof ____ To have and to hold the said Messuages & c and all and Singular other the premises above mentioned and every part and parcel thereof, with the Appurtenances unto the said Zelpha Standly her heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said Zelpha Standly her heirs and Assigns forever ____ And the said John S. Taylor and Margaret Ann his Wife for themselves and their heirs the said Messuages &: and premises and part thereof Against them and their heirs and Against every other person or persons Whatsoever to the said Zelpha Standly her heirs and assigns shall and will Warrant and forever defend by these presents ____ In Witness whereof we have hereunto Set our hands and affixed our seals this Second day of January AD 1843 John S. Taylor, this day Appeared before me, being privately and Separately and Appart from her said Husband, examined by me, declare Acknowledge and agree that she did of her own free will and Accord , Subscribe, Seal and deliver the within Deed with an intention thereby to renounce give up and forever quit claim to her right of Dower and thirds of into and to and all and Singular the Premises in said Deed mentioned ____ In Witness whereof the said Margaret Ann Taylor hath hereunto set her hand and Seal this third day of January in the Year of our Lord, One thousand eight hundred and forty three __ Signed sealed & delivered Margaret A.
