I do hereby transfer and by Virtue of my Office set over to said Thrower all the right Title and interest of the said Thomas Chave to said Lot, Billiard Table and Buildings, To have and to hold the Same to his only proper use and benefit of the said Thrower forever __ Given under my hand and Seal this fifteenth day of October 1842 Tho's Piper Cons' (seal) In presence of George McKay & Alex' McKay ___ Territory of Florida Alachua County Personally came before me Alexander McKay whose name is, as Witness to the foregoing instrument of Writing, And made Oath that he saw Thomas Piper Sign, Seal and deliver the same for the purposes therein Contained ___ 12th day of November AD 1842 James McNeill Clk C.C.
