Villalonga Wife of John L. Villalonga who is a party to the foregoing conveyance and the said Jane C. Villalonga being examined by me separately and apart from her said husband, did Acknowledge and declare that she executed the said foregoing deed for the purposes therein appearing freely and without any fear or compulsion of her said husband _ Witness my hand & seal this first day of June A.D. 1839 Jane Villalonga (L.
