D. One Thousand Nine Hundred and seventeen, personally appeared before me, a notary public in and for the County and State aforesaid Mrs. Cora A. Beckham a resident of Hawthorn County of Alachua State of Florida, who being duly sworn according to law, makes the following declaration in order to obtain a pension under the provisions of Chapter 6818, Laws of Florida, approved June 4, 1915. That she is the widow of Marion J. Beckham who was enlisted under the name of Marion J. Beckham. For proof of husband's service see #5321. That she was lawfully married to the said Marion J. Beckham under the name of Cora A. Phifer in the County of Alachua, State of Florida on the 23rd day of December, 1875, and that she was not divorced from him, and that she has not remarried since his death, which occurred on the 13th day of May, 1917, in the State of Florida. That she is a resident of Alachua County, Florida, has continuously resided in the State of Florida since the 5th day of March A. D. 1857. That she does not own property, including real estate, personal property, mortgages or other collateral securities, stocks or bonds in this or any other State to exceed in value the sum of Five Thousand Dollars. I am enclosing herewith copy of circular order of the Board, and will call your attention to the first paragraph of same which will explain how the proof shall be made. J. Beckham and Miss C. A. Phifer and that you make return of same, duly certified, under your hand, to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, aforesaid. Witness, I. E.
