D. One Thousand Nine Hundred and twenty-two, personally appeared before me, a Justice of the Peace in and for the County and State aforesaid (Mrs.) Mary Jane Beckham a resident of Bloomsdale County of Alachua State of Florida, who being duly sworn according to law, makes the following declaration in order to obtain a pension under the provisions of the General Pension Laws of Florida as amended by Chapter 8400, Acts of 1921. That she is the lawful widow of Robert J. Beckham who enlisted under the name of Robert J. Beckham. For proof of Husband's war service Refer to Pension No. 5302. That she was lawfully married to the said Robert J. Beckham under the name of Mary Jane Link in the County of Alachua State of Florida on the 29th day of July A. D., 1888, and that she was not divorced from him before nor has she remarried since his death, which occurred on the 12th day of August, 1922, in the County of Alachua, State of Florida except as hereinafter stated. That she is a resident of Alachua County, Florida, and has continuously resided in the State of Florida since the 28th day of July A. D. 1864. That she was heretofore granted a pension from the State of Florida under Certificate No. ____. That she is not a pensioner of any other State.
