D. One Thousand Nine Hundred and twenty three, personally appeared before me, a ____ in and for the County and State aforesaid Susan A. Bauknight a resident of Gainesville County of Alachua State of Florida, who being duly sworn according to law, makes the following declaration in order to obtain a pension under the provisions of the General Pension Laws of Florida as amended by Chapter 8400, Acts of 1921. That she is the lawful widow of James P. Bauknight who enlisted under the name of James P. Bauknight. For proof of husband's war service refer to Pension No. 8599. That she was lawfully married to the said James P. Bauknight under the name of Susan A. Smith in the County of Marion State of Florida on the 6th day of December, 1874, and that she was not divorced from him before nor has she remarried since his death, which occurred on the 25th day of February, 1923, in the County of Alachua, State of Florida except as hereinafter stated. That she is a resident of Alachua County, Florida, and has continuously resided in the State of Florida since the 6th day of December 1874. That she was heretofore granted a pension from the State of Florida under Certificate No. ____. That she is not a pensioner of any other State.
