D. One Thousand Nine Hundred and twenty-three, personally appeared before me, a notary public in and for the County and State aforesaid Mrs. D. M. Zetrourer a resident of Rochelle County of Alachua State of Florida, who being duly sworn according to law, makes the following declaration in order to obtain a pension under the provisions of the General Pension Laws of Florida as amended by Chapter 8400, Acts of 1921. That she is the lawful widow of Dan. M. Zetrourer who enlisted under the name of Dan. M. Zetrourer on the ____ day of ____, 186_, in Company Capt. P. B. H. Dudley's Co. Regiment of the State of Gainesville, Florida and who was honorably discharged at Gainesville, 186_, on account of expiration term of service, close of war. That he also served Florida and participated in the Battles of Marshall's Ferry near Cedar Key and the 2d Battle of ?, Fla. (State here if husband drew a pension, and when.) Yes was receiving his pension up to the time of his death. That she was lawfully married to the said Dan M. Zetrouer under the name of Mary Kennedy Feaster, in the County of Alachua State of Florida on the Fifth day of February, 1879, and that she was not divorced from him before nor has she remarried since his death, which occurred on the eighth day of December, 1923, in the County of Alachua, State of Florida except as hereinafter stated. That she is a resident of Alachua County, Florida, and has continuously resided in the State of Florida all her life. That she was heretofore granted a pension from the State of Florida under Certificate No. ____. That she is not a pensioner of any other State. D. 1923, I hereby certify that the above declaration, etc., was made known and fully explained to the applicant before swearing, and that I have no interest, direct or indirect, in the prosecution of this claim. Hiers, County Judge, of Alachua County, Florida hereby certify that the records in this office show that a marriage license was issued to Daniel M. Zetrouer and Mary K. Feaster on the 1st day of February, A. D. 1879. The records further show that the above named parties were married on the 5th day of February, A. D. 1879, and that the ceremony was performed by T. J. Phillips, "Minister of the Gospel." B. D. Hiers, County Judge (b) State of Florida County of Alachua Before me, a notary public in and for the County and State aforesaid, personally appeared A. J. Feaster and J. R. Feaster, who, being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says each for himself that he was present at the marriage of Dan'l. M. Zetrouer and Mary Kennedy Feaster, which occurred at Rochelle on the 5th day of February, A. D. 1879, in the County of Alachua, State of Florida, and that the ceremony was performed by Rev. T. J. Feaster and Hazel Zetrouer, who, being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says, each for himself, that he knows of his own personal knowledge of the death of D. M. Zetrouer for a pension under the Laws of Florida, was investigated by us; that we are satisfied that the applicant has been a bona fide citizen of the State of Florida for eight years just preceding the date of this application, and that the representation made in the petition and affidavits are true, and that a pension should be granted the applicant.
