Deadrick to Josephine Deaderick WILL. I R. N. Deadrick being of sound mind and memory and in view of the uncertainty of life do make this my last will and testament. First. I desire all my just debts should be paid, as soon and out of my personal or real property as may accord with the best interest of my estate. After the payment of my debts as aforesaid, I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Josephine Deadrick all my estate real and personal or estate that I may then be possessed of or that may come to me by inheritance or otherwise, she at my death to have the full benefit of the same to use or dispose of at her own will and pleasure, and the same to be to her an estate in fee simple, But should my beloved wife die without issue then my said estate shall revert to my heirs at law. And I hereby and herewith appoint my said wife as Executrix of this will who may act under the same without giving bond or making settlement with any of the courts.
