St. Paul, Minn. July 7th, 1904. I, Cora Brown Powers, in case I do not recover from this attack of illness wish to make the following disposition of my property. I name Mr. Charles L. Allen of Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Mrs. Addie Ferrant of Minneapolis as my executors. Constans State of Minnesota County of Hennepin PROBATE COURT BE IT REMEMBERED, that at a term of the Probate Court for said Hennepin County held at the City of Minneapolis, in said County, on Thursday the 8th day of September, 1904, and pursuant to notice duly given, as required by law the instrument hereto annexed purporting to be the last will and testament of Cora Brown Powers late of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota deceased, was duly proven to be the last will and testament of said deceased, duly executed as required by law, and valid as a will or real and personal property in this State, by the testimony of Anne B. Constans one of the subscribing witnesses to said will. No one appearing to contest the probate itself. THE SAID INSTRUMENT is therefore adjudged to be in all parts duly executed as the last will and testament of said deceased, and is as such last will and testament admitted to probate and to record by this Court.
