Perryman Bradford County, Florida Reg. of Wills, pages 135-136 Petition for Letters Testamentary In the Court of the County Judge Bradford County, State of Florida Estate of Albert B. Surrency To the Honorable E. K. Perryman, Judge of said Court: The petition of C. W. Knight whose Post-office address is 654 Birch Street, Jacksonville, Florida respectfully show tht he is resident of Duval County, State of Florida; that on the 10th day of April A.D. 1950, Albert B. Surrency, domiciled at the time of his death in said Bradford Count, departed this life at Starke, Florida, leaving a last will and testament duly signed and attested, as your petitioner believes, which he now presents to your Honor for probate; that said testator in said will nominated your petitioner, C. W. Knight executor thereof; that said deceased left surviving, with names, ages and residences and respective relationship to said deceased, petitioner _ believe __ after diligent search, as follows: A. E. Surrency of Starke, Florida, Vera Allen, Brooker, Florida, J. G. Surrency, Hudson Falls, New York, Rosa Knight, 654 Birch Street, Jacksonville, Florida, sons and daughters, all over 21 years of age, His only heirs at law; that your petitioner __ reside __ at 654 Birch Street, Jacksonville, Florida and he is wiling to accept and undertake the trust confided to him in said will. Wherefore, your petitioner__ pray __ that the said will __ may be admitted to probate, and Letters Testamentary thereon may be issued to petitioner after proper hearing and proof, and that all other orders necessary may be made. Surrency of Bradford County, Florida being of sound mind and memory, make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all prior wills and codicils: First, I give, bequeath and devise all of my moneys, stocks, Bonds, or articles of value to C. W. Knight; of 654 Birch Street, Jacksonville, Florida, same to be sold or disposed to the best advantage. The proceeds thereof to be used to defray my funeral expenses and to pay and discharge all of my legal debts and or obligations and the balance if any to be legally divided between my five children to-wit; A. E. Surrency of Starke, Florida; Vera Allen of Brooker, Florida; J. G. Surrency of Hudson Falls, New York; Rosa Knight of 654 Birch St., Jacksonville, Florida and M. J. Surrency of Jacksonville, Florida, to share and share alike. I make, constitute and appoint the said C. W. Knight of 654 Birch Street, Jacksonville, Florida to be my executor of this my last Will and Testament authorized hereby to pay my lawful debts if any, and the funeral and burial expenses, to serve without bond.
