M. Osbourne, of Mims was visited by the death angel who bore a message from God calling their infant son to dwell with Him in the celestial city above. This tender bud which had only been allowed to blossom on this earth for thirteen short months has been the light hope and joy of his youthful parents and a devoted family which he leaves to mourn his loss. His death was due to an acute attack of pneumonia. Everything that the skillful hands of man could do was done to prolong his life which was held on this earth by such a slender cord but God whose will is stronger than mans had ordained that this dearly loved innocent and pure baby should form one of the little angels that are gathered around the throne of God. In answer to Gods calling his little soul responded and departed after a brief illness of just one short week. The places where his parents the week before had heard the pattering of his little feet and the sound of his merry little voice as it issued forth it's childish prattle are now as silent as death. There remains in their places nothing but a memory of this darling child which time cannot efface for his fond family to cherish. The funeral services took place Wednesday morning at LaGrange church where a beautiful and impressive ceremony on the flight of his little spirit was preached by Rev. W. N. Chaudoin. After the ceremony the body was carefully and tenderly laid to rest by loving hands in LaGrange cemetery to await the coming of the judgment day.
