I hereby certify that the two sides of this sheet is a true copy of the Last Will and 
Testament of L R Decker deceased, as is of file and record in this office-

IN THE NAME OF GOD. AMEN


I, L.R.Decker of Titusville Florida being of sound mind and memory, and considering the 
uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do hereby make,ordain, publish and declare
this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to ay:


First---After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath-----


To my daughter-Ida C. Drake, all of my property both real and personal of every nature 
and kind whatsoever, that I may die possessed of in the State of Florida, with the 
exception of the sum of Four hundred dollars, which I give and bequeath to my adopted 
son Thomas N. Decker
The said sum of Four hundred dollars to be paid to said Thomas N. Decker by the Executor 
of my estate.


The above partly written and printed instrument was subscribed by the said L.R. Decker 
in our presence and acknowledged by him to each of us; and subscribed, to his last Will 
and Testament; and we, at his request, have signed our names as witnesses hereto in his 
presence and in the presence of each other, and written opposite our names our respective 
places of residence.
