D. One Thousand Nine Hundred and fourteen, personally appeared before me, a notary public in and for the County and State aforesaid Sarah E. Jones a resident of Carr Count of Calhoun State of Florida, who being duly sworn according to law, makes the following declaration in order to obtain a pension under the provisions of Chapter 6424, Laws of Florida, approved June 4th, 1913. That she is the widow of James B. Jones who was enlisted under the name of James B. Jones on the 10 about day of April, 1864, in Company B 5th (I think) Regiment of the State of Georgia and who was honorably discharged at Andersonville, 1864, on account of being wounded. That she was lawfully married to the said James B. Jones under the name of Sarah E. Walters in the County of Early, State of Georgia on the 28th day of December, 1884, and that she was not divorced form him and that she has not remarried since his death, which occurred on the 21st day of August, 1905, in the County of Calhoun State of Florida. That she is a resident of Calhoun County, Florida, and has continuously resided in the State of Florida since the 20 day of December 1901. That she does not own property, including real estate, personal property, mortgages or other collateral securities, stocks or bonds in this or any other State to exceed in value the sum of Five Thousand Dollars. That the following is a true and correct statement of all property owned by me in this or any other State: Real estate, located at: Carr, Fla. 120 acres . . . . . . . . . . . $ 1,000.00 Total. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 1,000.00 That her Postoffice address is Carr County of Calhoun, State of Florida.
