B. - All the blank spaces in this form must be carefully filled up in accordance with the instructions on the back hereof; and from the best information possessed, or obtainable, by the applicant. State of Florida County of Calhoun, ss On this Seventh day of February, A. D., one thousand eight hundred and Eighty Two, personally appeared before me Clerk of the Circuit Court, the same being a court of record within and for the County and State aforesaid. (1) Marian Nall, aged 97 years, a resident of Calhoun County, in the State of Florida, who, being duly sworn according to law, declares that she is the widow of (2) James Nall, deceased, who was the identical (3) James Nall, who served under the name of (4) James Nall as a (5) Private in the Company commanded by Captain _________ in the _________ regiment of _______________, commanded by Major Wooten in the war of (6) Eighteen (1812) twelve; that he said husband (7) Volunteered at ------------ on or about the ------ day of ----- A. D. -----. For the term of ------ and continued in actual service in said war for the term of (8) During the War and whose services terminated, by reasons of (9) An Hon. Discharge at __________ on the ______ day of ______ A. D. She further states that the following is a full description of her said husband at the time of his enlistment, viz: (10) Aged 17 years. A farmer - born in Georgia. 6 feet high - auburn hair - blue eyes - Florida complexion. She further states that she was married to the said James Nall, at the city (or town) of Iola, in the county of Calhoun, and in the State of Florida, on the 3rd day of Nov'r A. D. 1842 by one (11) Francis Arnow, who was a (12) Justice of Peace; and that her name before her said marriage was Marian Devane, and that she has not remarried since the death of said James Nall; and she further states that (13) Neither herself nor husband was ever married prior to their marriage to each other and that her said husband (14) James Nall died at Marysville, in the State of Florida, on the 31st day of October A. D. 1871; and she further declares that the following have been the places of residence of herself and her said husband since the date of his discharge from the Army, viz: (15) Marysville has been the home and residence of said Jas. Nall and myself ever since we were married. She makes this declaration for the purpose of obtaining the Pension to which she may be entitled under Sections 7436 and 4740, inclusive, Revised Statutes, and the Act of March 9, 1878, and hereby appoints, with full powers of substitution and revocation Bellum Miller and Co. of Washington, D. C., her true and lawful attorneys to prosecute her claim. And she further declares that she has heretofore made no application for (16) pensions. The said James Nall applied for and received a Land Warrant for his services rendered the U. S. and that her residence is No. __________ street, city (or town) of Marysville, county of Calhoun, State of Fla, and that he post office address is Marysville, Calhoun Co., Florida. _Marian (X - her mark) Nall Signature of Claimant (Two attesting witnesses who can write their names) W. Declaration for Surviving Officer or Soldier State of Florida County of Calhoun On this 3rd day of December A. D. one thousand eight hundred and fifty, personally appeared, before me, ____ a ____, duly authorized to administer oaths within and for the County and State aforesaid, James Nall, aged sixty years, a resident of Calhoun County in the State of Florida, who being duly sworn according to law, declares that he is the identical James Nall who was a Corporal in the Company commanded by Captain Gilbert Greer in the ______ Regiment of Georgia militia commanded by Col. Wooten in the war with the Creek Indians in Georgia that he was drafted at Monticello, Georgia on or about the _______ day A. D. 1818 he believing for the term of six months and continued in actual service and said War for the term of six months, and was honorably discharged at Fort Hawkins on the ____ day of A. D. 1818 as he believes. He makes this declaration for the purpose of obtaining the Bounty Land to which he may be entitled under the Act granting Bounty Land to certain Officers and Soldiers who have been engaged in the military service of the United States, passed September 28, 1850. And said James Nall hereby appoints C. C. George his attorney with power to appoint or substitute to document and his Bounty Land warrant. Sworn to and subscribed before me the day and year above written. And I hereby certify that I believe the said James Nall to be the identical man who served as aforesaid, and that he is of the age above stated. Robert G. Jones Justis of the peas State of Florida County of Calhoun I, William Clark, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County and State above mentioned, do hereby certify, that Robert Jones whose genuine signature appears above, is, and was at the time of signing the same, a Justice of the Peace in and for the County and State aforesaid, duly commissioned and sworn; that all his official acts as such are entitled to full faith and credit; and that the aforesaid Clerk's Office is an Office of Record, having general jurisdiction. Given under my hand and Seal of Office at Abl Spring this 3rd day of December A. D. 1850. William Clark Clerk C. C. State of Florida Calhoun County On this 21st day of April A. D. one thousand eight hundred and fifty five personally appeared before me a Justice of the peace within and for the County and State aforesaid James Nall, aged 64 years a resident of Calhoun County in the State of Florida, who being duly sworn according to law, declares that he is the identical James Nall, who was a Corporal in the Company Commanded by Capt. Greer in the ---- regiment of Georgia Militia commanded by Major Euton in the war with Great Britain, declared by the United States on the 18th day of June 1812 for the term of six months and continued in actual service in said war for fourteen days that he has heretofore made application for bounty land under the acct of September 28th, 1850, and received a land warrant No. 42533 for Eighty acres which he has now in his possession. He makes this declaration for the purpose of obtaining the additional bounty land to which he may be entitled under the act approved the 3rd day of March 1855. He also declares that he has never applied for nor received under this or any other act of Congress any bounty land warrant except the one above mentioned.
