To any minister of the Gospel, or any Officer Legally Authorized  to Solenize 
the Rite of Matrimony:
Whereas, Application having been made to the County Judge of Citrus County, of 
the State of Florida, for a license for marriage, and it appearing to the 
satisfaction of said County Judge that no legal impediments exist to the 
marriage now sought to be solomnized.
These are, therefore, To authorize you to unite in the 
Holy Estate of Matrimony
Jewell P. (Pearl) Clark, Age 26 Residence Ocala, Fla. and Sarah Kathryn 
Phillips, Age 26 Residence Wildwood, Fla and that you make return of the same, 
duly certified under your hand, to the County Judge aforesaid.
Witness, my name as County Judge, and seal of said Court, at the Courthouse in 
Inverness, Florida, this 12 day of July, A.D. 1946

* Jewell and Kathryn are Submitter's parents.

*This is Kathryn's 2nd marriage. Her 1st was to a Canadian Private sationed at 
Orange Home Military Post in WW 2. His name was Edward A. "Fast Eddie" Bliss. 
It turned out he was already married and was a bigamist. The marriage was 
annulled 3 months later. There were no children from that marriage.
