Florida Times Union, 4 April 1917
Lewis W. Roper 46 years of age, a resident of Washington DC, died in this city 
yesterday morning at 2:30 o'clock after a short illness. Mr. Roper came to 
Florida a few weeks ago for the benefit of his health.
The body accompanied by his wife and son-in-law, J.B. Meredith, was forwarded to 
Green Cove Springs yesterday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, where the funeral and 
interment will take place.
The arrangements were in charge of Moulton and Kyle. 

Additional Comments:
His wife was Mollie M. Roper (nee Wingate).
I have found no information on what cemetery he was buried, I have been 
searching for several years. If anyone has a clue/information/comment, please 
email me. I have Lewis' Death Certificate, it has the same information.
Lewis is my Grandfather.
