I, George Pendarvis of the County of Duval, and State of Florida, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me and any time heretofore made. And as to such worldly goods as it hath pleased God to entrust one with, I dispose of the same as follows: First, I give and bequeath to each of my beloved children, to wit Tracy McDonald, wife of James McDonald, now residing in the State of Georgia, Adaline Sauls, wife of George Sauls, Eliza, Mary, Honoree, Lavilla, George Allen, and Martha Pendarvis, five dollars in money to be paid to them out of my estate, by my executrix hereinafter named. Second, all the balance of the property I measure in proportion of, whether real or personal, consisting of lands, cattle, hogs, household and kitchen furniture. I give, bequeath, and devise to my beloved wife, Sarah Pendarvis, to the only proper use and behoof of the said Sarah Pendarvis and her heirs forever. And I do hereby make and ordain my said wife, Sarah Pendarvis, executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I George Pendarvis the testator have to this my will, written on one sheet on paper, set my hand and seal, this the Twenty-seventh day of August in the year of our Lord, one thousand, eight hundred and fifty-three.
