She married John Silcox on January 5, 1853 in Henry County, Alabama under the name of Sarah Fillman. She lived in Alabama from about 1851 to about 1888. John Silcox died in Lowndes county, Alabama about 1887. She did not remarry. Sarah lived in Florida from about 1888. Her address at filing was Bluff Springs, Escambia County, Florida.
