Recorded Book B, 199 In the name of God, Amen I Constance Tala de Alba being of Sound mind but weak in bodily health do make this my last will and Testament. I give and devise to my nephew Clement Rainas(?) all my estate real and personal except my two slaves Felicite aged forty five and Katrina aged thirty-seven years, both of whom it is my desire to emancipate I therefore devise to the said slaves their freedom from and after my decease. I authorize and direct my executor hereinafter named to sell at public outcry so much and such part of my entire estate as he may think proper for the payment of my debts. I nominate Manuel H. Hernandez as executor of this my last will. In testimony of which I have hereto set my hand this twenty-seventh day of September 1852.
